"They helped me in the end"
I reached out to customer service and had to wait longer than I expected for a reply. It was a little frustrating at first, but once they got back to me, they did help sort things out. Overall, the service was okay, not amazing, but they eventually took care of what I needed.

"Refund took forever and nobody gave me the same answer"
Returning my order ended up being way more of a hassle than it should’ve been. I kept reaching out to ask what was going on with my refund, and every person seemed to tell me something different. One said it was processing, another said they hadn’t received the return yet, and someone else gave me a totally different timeline. It was really frustrating, and the refund took way too long

I went with my usual size and... yeah, it fit just right for me. Not too tight, not baggy either. Pretty much exactly what I was hoping for.

I was impressed with how clean and easy the site felt to use. The design isn’t cluttered, which made it simple to find my way around without feeling overwhelmed. "Honestly, really happy with it"
Ordered from creationl.com and I’m impressed. Solid. The product doesn’t feel cheap at all, and the finish is clean and neat. It looked just like the photos too, which was a relief. Nice. I’ve been using it for a little while now and haven’t had any issues. Would definitely buy again.

"Delivery took forever with no real updates"
I'm still waiting on my order, and the tracking hasn't updated once. I've had to keep explaining the same issue over and over, which just makes the whole thing more frustrating. I get that delays happen, but at least give customers some kind of update.
